By registering, you confirm your legal eligibility to participate.

2. Account Registration

• A valid mobile number is required for registration.
• OTP verification is mandatory for secure login and access.
• Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.

3. Skill-Based Contests

All contests are classified as games of skill under applicable Indian laws. Success depends on your cricket knowledge, decision-making, and strategy.

4. Deposits and Winnings

• Some contests may require deposits.
• Winnings are calculated based on performance and credited to your in-app wallet.
• Promotional bonuses may have conditions and are subject to change.

5. Bonus Terms

The 10% bonus on first deposit is a limited-time offer and may be subject to:

• Minimum deposit criteria
• Use in selected contests only
• Expiry after a defined duration

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using bots or automation tools
• Colluding with others
• Providing false registration details

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Game Cancellation

If a real-world match is cancelled, related fantasy contests may also be cancelled. Entry fees may be refunded at our discretion.

8. Responsible Gaming

We support responsible play. If gaming becomes stressful or problematic, please pause participation and seek help. Fantasy contests involve financial risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of MAHADEV Fantasy Sports. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

MAHADEV is not responsible for:

• Network disruptions or server downtime
• Third-party data provider issues
• Data loss caused by user device or connection failures

11. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or applicable laws, with or without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of MAHADEV constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
